Refund Policy
Effective date: 1 June 2026
1. Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with RecruitBridge. This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which refunds are issued. If you have a billing concern, contact us at hello@recruitbridge.io before requesting a refund through your payment provider.
2. Free Tier
The Free tier does not involve any payment and therefore no refunds apply.
3. Monthly Subscriptions — 7-Day Refund Window
If you subscribe to a monthly Growth plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first payment. This applies to the first billing period only. Subsequent monthly renewals are non-refundable.
To request a refund: email hello@recruitbridge.io with the subject "Refund Request — Monthly" and include your registered email address and the reason for your request. We will process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days.
4. Annual Subscriptions — 30-Day Refund Window
If you subscribe to an annual Scale plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your initial payment. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable; however, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your paid period.
To request a refund: email hello@recruitbridge.io with the subject "Refund Request — Annual" and include your registered email address and the reason for your request.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Requests made after the applicable refund window (7 days for monthly, 30 days for annual).
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
- Partial months or unused days on monthly plans (other than within the 7-day window).
- Upgrades or plan changes mid-cycle.
6. Downgrade & Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund unless you are within the applicable refund window.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider (typically 3–10 additional business days).
8. Currency
All refunds are issued in Indian Rupees (INR). We are not responsible for any foreign exchange losses if your payment was made in a different currency.
