Terms of Service — RecruitBridge

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using RecruitBridge ("Service"), operated by RecruitBridge (contact: hello@recruitbridge.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RecruitBridge is a cloud-based applicant tracking system (ATS) that enables organisations to manage recruitment pipelines, candidates, interviews, and offer workflows. The Service is offered on a subscription basis with a limited free tier.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@recruitbridge.io if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Free Tier

The Free tier allows up to 2 active job postings and 50 candidates per account. We reserve the right to modify Free tier limits with 30 days' notice. The Free tier is provided as-is with no uptime guarantees.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

Paid subscriptions (Growth, Scale) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to your registered email.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload content that infringes third-party rights; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems; (d) use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service; (e) resell or sublicense the Service without written consent.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all candidate data and content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant RecruitBridge a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

The RecruitBridge platform, its design, and all underlying software are owned by RecruitBridge and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. You may export your data before termination. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination before permanent deletion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecruitBridge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
